Sigma FC is pleased to announce that Stephen Piliotis of the C2 (1996) team has been invited to train at the academy of CS Maritimo in Portugal.

Piliotis, an attacking midfielder, will train at the club for the next two weeks. He joins a growing list of Sigma players who have had training opportunities overseas recently.

Noah Mehta and Michael Matic of the D2 (1997) squad spent two weeks at Real Mallorca in Spain. In August, Christopher Nanco, of the C1 (1995) squad was invited to train at Liverpool and Newcastle of the English Premier League.

"2010 has definitely been a great year at SIGMA with the success of our players training and competing overseas, representing our youth National teams and the success of our 1st team," said Technical Director Bobby Smyrniotis.
