SIGMA FC is pleased to announce that Nolan Holdridge, a member of the A1 squad has accepted an athletic scholarship to attend California State University Stanislaus. At Cal State Stanislaus Nolan will be playing under Head coach Dana Taylor who recently took over the program after a successful tenure at Oregon State University in the PAC 10. Nolan Holdridge has been a member of SIGMA for the past two years and a mainstay along the left flank for the club. As a crafty two way player Nolan's ability to beat players on the run and precision crossing will be a great asset to his new team. Technical Director Bobby Smyrniotis is especially pleased with another player moving on from SIGMA, "Nolan is a very hardworking individual who had a rough time during the whole recruiting process due to nagging muscle injuries. Since he has been 100% he has been one of the top performers for our club. I am confident that coach Taylor has made a good choice for his new program and thank him for committing to one of our players after his successful scouting trip to SIGMA this past Spring"

SIGMA would like to congratulate Nolan and his family for their effort and dedication to the game of soccer over the years. All the best Nolan from the whole SIGMA family.

Nolan becomes the 6th player to move this year to a US University on an athletic scholarship.
